Just finished stuffing and addressing envelopes for my first round of support letters.  Dropped off two letters and a few fliers at a couple of local businesses today.  I have more to distribute but ran out of envelopes and letters.  Back to it Monday.  Prayers for generous heartfelt donations for the playground at Fiwagoh orphanage in Kenya.

At this point I have received 7 shots with one more yet to come.  I believe I am over my fear of shots.  Hepatitis A & B, polio, tetanus, yellow fever, meningitis, and typhoid.  I have my malaria pills and something else I think antibiotic??  It is all so exciting.

Beginning to Blog

Never thought I would be doing this and perhaps I won't but a friend asked if I would keep a blog during my trip to Africa and I thought that might me a great way to share what happens.  So I am getting started now.
